There are many websites that offer free blogs but blogger is my favorite due to the simplicity of setting up and running a blog. But a word of advice, rather than relying on bloggers own templates I recommend that you source more upmarket better quality templates as this gives your site a more professional look.

You can find plenty of templates for free on the internet, and there are some really good ones out there. Just make sure any template you choose is appropriate for the business, service or product you are marketing.
